On November 17, 2019 a British man made history. Equipped with its tractor modified by Williams Advanced Engineering to improve its aerodynamics and its power, the tractor has indeed reach the speed of 153 mph (246 km/h), with an average speed of 135 mph (217 km/h).
The pilot, Guy Martin, was awarded the title of “World’s Fastest Tractor Driver” by the Guinness Book of World Records. This man, however, is not at his first attempt: he also holds the record for the fastest motorcycle speed through the wall of death (https://youtu.be/bKd_wbWRcmw)

This record is INSANE !!! In august 2018, Jarrad Young, a « young » Australian guy (ahahah laugh for the pun please), broke the record for the largest number of push-ups in one hour. He did 2,806 push-ups in one hour ! I think he has more strength than the four of us combined … And a little thought for the judge who sat next to him for an hour and who counted to 2806 🙂
Moreover, this guy is not even very muscular (or at least we don’t really see it)… but after all,
that doesn’t stop him from looking like a mover… This guy can have the respect of everyone, because he doesn’t use an inflator as gabsal to have big muscles 😉

Today, many people have free time because they must stay at home.
Some people practice sport, others are cooking, etc…
And, there is a part of people who restart to play music…
We all know that to be a great musician you need a great guitar.
That’s why this american physics teacher, Scoot Rippetoe, created the largest guitar of the world with his students.
It measures 13 meters long and 5 wide. And of course, we can play with it.
It was created from a Gibson Flying V, a beautiful metal guitar.
I think that it couldn’t be convenient on stage.
I guess you have to be 2 or 3 on the guitar to play only one clean bend are a chord, so it can be difficult to play like Slash or Mark Knopfler (for those who know).
However the style is present and we can’t ignore the guitarist.
Like the famous sentence says : “The girl go everytime with the guitarist”.

As I write these words, we are on our 7th day of containment. It means that we have to reduce our trips to the minimum necessary, such as going to the doctor’s office, or going to the grocery store to eat.
But one man, Angus Barbieri, doesn’t need that. Eating is for the weak. Indeed, in june of 1965, he began a fast which, initially, was supposed to last only a few days.
The Scotsman, then 27 years old and weighing 207 kg, ate nothing for 382 days except tea and coffee (to which he sometimes added milk and sugar in the last few months).
Finally, it was only after a year and 17 days that he finally came to an end. After a loss of 125 kg, Angus finally reached his goal of 82 kg, which got him into the Guinness Book of World Records.

Yes, you read well The largest gathering of smurfs… It exists. Like many records, this one is very strange and funny. The 7th march a city in britanny Landernau broke this incredible record with 3500 Smurfs in one place.
3500 crazy people disguised with a white cap and blue painted body to represent the little characters of our chlidhood. What a performance ! Gargamel would be happy to crush them all hahaha
We can laugh when we read that, and this is the objective, but it remains a very serious record !
What’s the next step? A gathering of Obelix ?hahaha IMPOSSIBLE !

In 2018, the largest mirror ball in the world was discovered at the west park festival. For the festival, this installation, imagined by a Canadian artist Michel de Broin, was like fireworks.
This 2.5-ton, eight-meter diameter sphere is a technical feat. To build it, you must first assemble the structure before fixing the panels on which are stuck square mirrors of 40 x 40 cm !
Michel de Broin said that to built this huge sphere, he needed help. It was an ambitious project because he needed a big technical team. So, he put his construction in the hands of experts. He also said that« the idea of a record is just fun to beat ».
All of this make us want to go dancing at a festival or in a nightclub, so let’s go !!! Oh no… we can’t…

Ashrita Furman is THE recordman of all time !
Indeed, this man holds 174 records in 30 different countries … His first one was 27 000 jumping jacks, he also broke the record of the fastest mile in kangarou ballon, he ran a mile against a Yack… but he used a BAG to run into it… When you’re crazy, nothing can stop you even building a 23m pen … INCREDIBLE
